Officers present: Hawley, Fuller, Apana, Aron, Corey, Kostic, Proctor, Williams. 13 members present.

Minutes

MMC to approve minutes of November 11, 2025 meeting.

Reports

President Hawley reported on the ongoing membership drive and the upcoming PBO negotiations and AFM convention.

Secretary-Treasurer Apana reported on membership rolls and bank balances. Apana reported that Local 655 will hold elections this year; on the proposed per capita dues increase to be voted on at the AFM convention; on upcoming PBO auditions; and on issues with emails being marked as spam.

New Business

None.

Good and Welfare

Member Yanow asked about the status of PBO grievances. Director Williams reported on the Freelance Musicians Association and Venuology. Member Chapman asked about placement on the BAA hiring list. Hawley reminded members about the upcoming elections and asked for members to serve on the nominating committee. Proctor departed at 7:47 PM. Apana answered questions regarding elections procedures and the timeline.
