Meeting called to order at 12:02 PM.

Officers present: Reskin, van Eck, Apana, Aron, Corey, Fuller. 15 members present (a quorum).

Reports

President Reskin reported on the passing of AFM negotiator Chris Durham and asked for a moment of silence.

Van Eck reported on SOA appointing a new music director.

Secretary-Treasurer Apana reported on membership rolls and bank balances; conclusion of PBO negotiations; Local finances; Pension Fund rejected application to reduce benefits; and elections nominations procedures and deadlines.

Good and Welfare

Members discussed lag issues with conducting rehearsals via Zoom and alternative ways to virtually conduct rehearsals. Van Eck noted the meeting turnout and recommended that we find a way to incorporate virtual meetings post-pandemic.
