Order of Business: Nomination and Election for vacant office of Director:

• James Bermann was nominated by Eric Kerley.
• Janet Clippard was nominated by Holly Ballard.

Janet Clippard was elected Director for the 2008-9 term of office by secret ballot.

The meeting adjourned at 11:00 AM.
