Nominations for Vice President were held at 7:29 PM. Steve Roitstein was nominated for Vice President by Holly Ballard. Roitstein was elected Vice President by secret ballot (nine votes for Roitstein, one blank ballot, one voided ballot).

Nominations for the Director position vacated by Roitstein were held; Jake Luger was nominated for Director by Dione Chandler. Luger was elected Director by secret ballot (nine votes for Luger and one voided ballot).
