MMC to approve minutes of April 25, 2024 meeting.

Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report, membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on MPTF allocations and Atlanta Local proposed scale increases.

VP Report: none.

President's Report: Hawley reported on contacting Stern re PBO travel money for out-of-town musicians; MCB AGMA vote results; meeting with Phillip Dunlap of Broward Arts Council re MPTF funding.

Committee Reports: none.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule executive board meeting for June 19, 2024 at 4:30 pm.

Unfinished Business: none.

New Business: MMC to schedule membership meeting for August 27, 2024 at 7:30 PM.

Good and Welfare: Discussion of Christ Fellowship contracting and streaming agreements; Fuller to speak with Kaye re past practice.
