Regular Executive Board Meeting Number 24-4, April 25, 2024, Virtual Meeting

Meeting called to order at 12:39 PM. Present: Hawley, Fuller, Apana, Aron, Corey, Kostic, Reskin, Proctor, Williams.

MMC to approve minutes of March 27, 2024 meeting.

Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report, membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on possible grievance with PBO re hiring of utility horn.

VP Report: none.

President's Report: Hawley reported that she was happy with the collective action members took in support of the MCB dancers. She reported on visiting a club and learning about the low pay and management policy of not soliciting for tips.

Committee Reports: none.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule executive board meeting for May 30, 2024 at 1:00 pm.

Unfinished Business: none.

New Business: none.

Good and Welfare: Discussion of MCB dancer organizing, and Local 655 support of the dancers, as well as a debriefing of the collective action taken by musicians on opening night of Swan Lake.
