MMC to approve minutes of December 8, 2022 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
correspondence from Kaye and Neuenschwander re contracts for Salute to
Vienna and Bocelli; IRS re lost refund check; Bank re fraudulent check.
Apana reported on Seraphic Fire partnership with NWS; inflation
statistics; obsolescence of office and website software.
