Meeting called to order at 12:06 PM. Present: Reskin, Apana, Corey, Folse, Fuller; absent: Aron ,Bravo, Kleiman, van Eck
MMC to approve minutes of September 23, 2022 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
correspondence from Winters re SOA. Apana reported on members suspended
for failure to pay annual dues; comparison of rolls and finances of the
various Florida Locals.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule board meeting for November 18, 2022 at 12:00 pm.
Unfinished Business: none.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to find L Sigal guilty of failure to pay work dues.
Good and Welfare: Discussion of electronic meetings. Fuller asked
questions regarding the PBO sideletter ratification. Discussion of
upcoming Bocelli concert and the status of a contract. Discussion of
the creation of signatory/nonsignatory scale categories. Discussion of
competition from talent agencies and the use of AFM freelance
cofunding.
Folse departed at 1:04 PM at which time a quorum was lost and the meeting was adjourned.
