Meeting called to order at 12:03 PM. Present: Reskin, van Eck, Apana, Corey, Fuller, Kleiman; absent: Folse.
MMC to approve minutes of August 17, 2022 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
correspondence from DiGregorio re unpaid wages for ballet gig; Atlanta
Local re MPTF Labor Day concerts. Apana noted the IEB is currently
meeting and is discussing extensions to pandemic policies.

Report: van Eck reported on the Symphony of the Americas firings and resignations.
Aron arrived at 12:10 PM.
President's Report: no report.
Committee Reports: none.
Special Orders: MMC to schedule Zoom board meeting for October 14, 2022 at 12:00 pm.
Bravo arrived at 12:12 PM.
Unfinished Business: none.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to approve checks #4585-4606
plus an additional check in the approximate amount of $1,400 for
property/liability insurance. MMC (moved by Apana) to approve a
variance for Salute to Vienna to reduce scale by $5 per service
provided that they increase pension to 9.59%. MMC (moved by Apana) to
schedule virtual membership meeting for October 24, 2022 at 7 PM.
Good and Welfare: Discussion of SOA firings and resignations.
