Regular Executive Board Meeting Number 22-7, July 22, 2022, via Zoom
Meeting called to order at 12:04 PM. Present: Reskin, van Eck, Apana, Corey, Fuller. Absent: Aron, Bravo, Folse, Kleiman.
MMC to approve minutes of June 16, 2022 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
correspondence from the AFM re pandemic policy extensions. Apana
reported on reviews of various recent orchestra tax returns.

Report: van Eck reported on unpaid wages for her cancelled SOA services.
President's Report: no report.
Committee Reports: none.
Special Orders: MMC to schedule Zoom board meeting for August 17, 2022 at 12:00 pm, pending availability of absent officers.
Unfinished Business: none.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to approve checks #4541-4566.
MMC (moved by Apana) to extend existing pandemic policies through the
third quarter of 2022, as per the authorization of the AFM.
Good and Welfare: Apana asked for help in identifying a bass player
from the 1960's. Apana noted communication issues regarding updates to
the BAA hiring list.
