MMC to approve minutes of January 17, 2022 meeting. van Eck and Bravo arrived at 12:35 PM.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
communications from AFM re convention rescheduling, accountant re annual review. Fuller arrived at 12:38 PM.

Report: van Eck reported on reseating of SOA musicians by conductor.
President's Report: no report.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule Zoom board meeting for March 23, 2022 at 12:00 pm.
Unfinished Business: none.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to authorize checks #4433-4452
as attached. MMC (moved by Apana) to renew fgomusicians.org domain. MMC
(moved by Apana) to schedule virtual membership meeting for March 29,
2022 at 7 PM.
Good and Welfare: Discussion of wage scale review. Aron departed at 1:22 PM.
