Meeting called to order at 11:06 AM. Present: Reskin, van Eck, Apana, Aron, Corey, Folse, Fuller, Kleiman.
MMC to approve minutes of April 15, 2020 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Bravo arrived at 11:11 AM.
Apana reported on Southern Conference going to be held virtually;
proposal from landlord re lease renewal; MPTF MusicianFest allocation;
loss of interest income; PBO wages being paid for cancelled production;
problems with emailing newsletter due to spam filters.

President's Report: Reskin reported on contacting musicians to be appointed to the election committee.

New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to authorize disbursement of
attached list of checks number 3996 through 4014 with only one signature. MMC (moved by Reskin)
to appoint S Whitney, J Clippard, G Lane, and L Gelfand to election
committee. MMC (moved by Apana) to reduce reinstatement fees for
suspended members to late fees upon request for the duration of the
pandemic. MMC (moved by Apana) to have Apana investigate the option to
renew lease for three years with an option to extend by an additional
two years. MMC (moved by van Eck) to have Apana investigate
requirements for conducting virtual membership meetings.
Good and Welfare: Discussion of Southern Conference attendance.
Discussion of reaching out to suspended members before they become
expelled.
