MMC to approve minutes of March 25, 2020 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on suspended members, MPTF allocation.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule board meeting for May 13, 2020 at 11 am.

New Business: Motion by Apana to authorize payment of
attached list of checks #3976-3994 with only one signature; MMC (moved by Apana)
to amend by including check to D Spring to refund overpayment of dues; motion carries. MMC
(moved by Apana) to adopt scales for traveling engagements.
Good and Welfare: Discussion of Local 655 finances and IRS
refundable payroll tax credits. Discussion of relief funds for
musicians.
