Meeting called to order at 11:07 AM. Present: Reskin, van Eck, Apana, Aron, Bravo, Corey, Fuller, Kleiman; Folse absent.
MMC (moved by Apana) to dispense with reading of motions provided in writing in advance.
MMC (moved by Apana) to adopt rules for electronic meetings.
MMC to approve minutes of February 17, 2020 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on potential loss of dues income from cancellations.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule board meeting for April 15, 2020 at 11 am.
Unfinished Business: none.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to schedule membership meeting
for June 16, 2020 at noon. Motion by Apana to authorize payment of
attached list of checks with only one signature; MMC (moved by Apana)
to amend by including check to Broward AFLCIO; motion carries. MMC
(moved by Apana) to file grievance against PBO for failure to pay folse
for entire production. MMC (moved by Apana) to allow suspended members
that make a request to the Local to extend payment deadline for annual
dues to August 31 and to delay their expulsion.
Good and Welfare: Apana noted that Kravis Pops cancelled its March
condert and musicians will not be paid. Fuller asked about MCB requests
for streaming media projects. Apana and Kleiman spoke about legislation
that may assist unemployed musicians and their employers. Reskin noted
that we should recognize employers that have paid their musicians
despite cancellations.
