Meeting called to order at 1:14 PM. Present: Reskin, Apana, Aron, Folse, Fuller; Bravo, Corey, Kleiman, van Eck absent.
MMC to approve minutes of September 25, 2019 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
communications from AFM re SRLA negotiations, Shirk re late fee bylaw
amendment; AFM re jingle agreement extension; on currently suspended
members; and on revenue and expenses compared to previous year.

New Business: MMC to tentatively schedule next meeting for 11/19/19 at 12:30 PM pending availability of missing board members.
Good and Welfare: Apana reminded the board about the CORE
Alliance teach-in. Folse suggested that we research and implement
social media advertising; the board decided to form a committee to
explore this.
