Meeting called to order at 12:16 PM. Present: Reskin, van Eck, Apana, Aron, Fuller; Bravo, Corey, Folse, Kleiman absent.
MMC to approve minutes of May 20, 2019 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
communications from producer re Jackman tour; AIL re benefits for
members. Apana reported on attendance at Southern Conference and the
AFM Convention and notified the Board about AFM officer training dates
in October.

Report: van Eck reported on attending Broward Arts Council meeting and speaking re SFSO nonpayment of wages.
President's Report: Reskin reported on his attendance at the AFM convention.
Committee Reports: none.
Special Orders: MMC to schedule meeting for July 29, 2019 at noon.
Unfinished Business: MMC to schedule membership meeting for August 28, 2019 at 7 PM.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to authorize Colonial Life to make MDLive benefit available to members.
Good and Welfare: Discussion of Bolivar orchestra solicitation of
unpaid musicians. Discussion of making committees more active.
Discussion of Board attendance policy. Discussion of formation of a
political committee.
