Meeting called to order at 1:06 PM. Present: Bertolet, Satterwhite,
Apana, Aron, Dixon, Kleiman, Reskin, van Eck; Michels absent.
MMC to approve minutes of January 4, 2017 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
correspondence from AFMEPF re audit; AFM re education program for
officers; SAGAFTRA re Telemundo organizing and video game strike. Apana
reported on member age statistics; statistics re unpaid annual dues;
having to secure website forms with captcha; harassment issue at
freelance gig.

Report: receipt of written report. Satterwhite reported on questions re
status of AFMEPF investments; correspondence from Nordstrom re OPO
performing for Bocelli; TCO free concert at MDCA; discussions re
harassment issue; discussions re BAA ratification unit; soliciting
dates for BAA negotiations; potential grievance re BAA King and I
hiring list.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule membership meeting for April 17,
2017 at 12 noon, followed by an Executive Board meeting, at Local 655
office.

Good and Welfare: Kleiman noted his attendance at AFLCIO legislative
breakfast. Discussion of recruiting new members. Aron departed at 2:20
PM. Continued discussion of recruiting. Bertolet noted that he is
trying to secure another meeting with MISO re unpaid wages. Van Eck
noted that some SFS musicians are still reporting that they have not
been reimbursed for travel expenses.
