| Regular Executive Board Meeting Number 15-11, 16 December, 2015, at Artserve Meeting called to order at 11:09 AM. Present: Bertolet, Satterwhite, Apana, Aron, Dixon, Reskin, van Eck; Kleiman absent. MMC to approve minutes of November 18, 2015 meeting. Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report, membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Michels arrived at 11:12 AM. Apana reported on correspondence from L406 re Canadians performing at Frenchies; AFM IEB re request to establish orchestra residency policies. VP Report: Satterwhite reported on discussions with Naples musicians re Vienna Phil residency; discussions with musicians re stagnant wages; discussions with Lynn students re joining 655; BAA grievance re hiring list violations. President's Report: Bertolet reported on BAA hiring list grievance. Committee Reports: none. Special Orders: MMC (moved by Satterwhite) to adopt 2016 operating budget. Unfinished Business: MMC (moved by Apana and amended by Satterwhite) to call for boycott of SFS as early as January 21, 2016 should the SFS not pay outstanding wages from January 2015 by January 21, 2016; outstanding wages from February 2015 by February 24, 2016; and outstanding wages from March 2015 by April 2, 2016. New Business: none. Good and Welfare: MMC (moved by Apana) to postpone discussion of wage scale enforcement until Kleiman is present. Discussion of MSO outstanding wages and lack of clarity regarding the MSO payment plan; Bertolet to request details of outstanding wages and formal plan for repayment. Aron departed at 1:34 PM.
