MMC to approve minutes of November 27, 2013 meeting and October 11, 2013 General Membership Meeting.

Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report, membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members.

VP Report: none.

President's Report: none.

Committee Reports: none.

Special Orders: MMC (moved by Apana) to adopt 2014 Operating Budget.

Unfinished Business: none.

New Business: MMC (moved by Clippard) to adopt AFLCIO Delegate duties.

Good and Welfare: Discussion of Porgy and Bess performances at KCPA in January. Discussion of complaints regarding contractor Julie Bloch.
