Meeting called to order at 10:07 PM. Present: Satterwhite, Chandler, Apana, Ballard, De Los Santos, Kerley, Potochnic, Roitstein, Teboe.

Special Order of Business: FGO Organizing Campaign

Apana gave report of history of FGO organizing campaign and report of recent meeting with FGO attorney Kofman. Extended discussion of legal issues and course of action. MMC (moved by Ballard) to request assistance of Nathan Kahn in preparing media campaign.

Chandler departed at 11:55 PM.

The meeting adjourned at 12:07 AM.
